Altmühlgolf Beilngries GmbH is between Nuremberg and Regensburg, in the middle of the romantic Altmühl Valley. Opened in 2004, this 9 hole course is the first and only golf course in the Altmühl Valley. Altmühlgolf GmbH stands out with its unspoilt fairways and varied, slightly hilly terrain with water hazards. The level of difficulty is challenging and the course is suitable for players of all levels. Year-round, players can enjoy either a relaxed or a challenging game. Guests are always welcome. A club ID with handicap is required. VcG players are admitted. Softspikes are recommended at Altmühlgolf GmbH. Dogs are allowed on the course, but must be leashed. Cell phones are not permitted. Altmühlgolf GmbH offers several practice areas: a driving range with 30 tees, five of which are covered, as well as putting greens, pitching greens, chipping greens and practice bunkers. There is a clubhouse with sanitary facilities. The club’s small, cozy restaurant “Bella Sicilia” treats its guests to culinary delicacies and invites them to stay on the beautiful sun terrace. The Pro Shop run by Jäba GmbH offers a large selection of equipment for purchase or rental, including clubs, trolleys and electric carts. The golf academy by Bernhard Wargel is located directly on the club’s premises and is suitable both for beginners and advanced players. There is a range of courses including trial and license courses.
