Bundaberg Golf Club

The 18- hole course at the Bundaberg Golf Club lies just five minutes by car from the city center. The club boasts a gorgeous championship facility, a 5,872-meter-long course with par 71. The terrain is very flat and easy and comfortable to walk along. Whether experienced golfer or novice – the course at Bundaberg Golf Club offers interesting and varied passages for everyone. The greens are large, perfectly maintained, and a putting joy. Ponds and canals are not only a sight for sore eyes and home to beautiful birds, but also challengingly intervene in the course. The course consists of nine par 4s, five par 3s, and four par 5s. All greens are protected by bunkers, some of them are also elevated and therefore very tricky. The pro shop provides buggies, electric carts, and a large selection of golf items. Guests are always welcome at the Bundaberg Golf Club. They can expect plenty of sunshine, a perfect golf climate, and with a little luck, even a glimpse of a frill-necked lizard. Bundaberg lies about 380 kilometers north of Brisbane. The city is known as the “gate to the Great Barrier Reef”. The small town is also known for a product: Bundaberg rum. The cultivation of sugar cane continues to play an important role in the region.
