Golf de l'Isle Adam

The golf club Golf de l’Isle Adam lies in norther France in the city of L’isle Adam in the department of Val-d’Oise, which belongs to the region of Île-de-France. It spans 180 hectares of the 2000 hectare Domaine de Vanneaux from the 17th century and allows a good panorama view of the surrounding landscape in the valley of the river Oise. Golf de l’Isle Adam is perfectly integrated into the natural landscape of the Forêt de l’Isle Adam but still lies in Paris’ banlieu area. On the A3, the golf club can be reached in about an hour from France’s capital. It was established in 1994 and offers an 18 hole course with par 72, designed by the famous golf course architect Ronald Fream. The course is shaped by large greens, long, narrow, and wavy fairways, numerous bunkers and many large water hazards in the form of lakes and ponds. It is considered one of the most beautiful golf course in the region around Paris and can be mastered by golfers of all handicaps. The golf club Golf de l’Isle Adam is the clubhouse, arranged by the renowned architect Jean-Michel-Wilmette in a restored, historical country house on the domain. The golf club’s practice area is also well equipped with a driving range with 24 tees, twelve of which are covered, five practice bunkers, a putting, and a chipping green.
