Golfanlage Schopfheim GbR is located in the Fahrnau district of Schopfheim, surrounded by the romantic Wiesental between Schopfheim and Hausen and the sandstone elevation Entengast. It was constructed on the plot of the former estate Ehner-Fahrnau, around the country house and the historical 17th-century manor of the same name. Since being purchased by the Roggenbach family in the 19th century, it has become better known as the Roggenbach Manor. Golfanlage Schopfheim GbR can be reached in 30 minutes via the B317 from Lörrach and in just under an hour via the A5 from Freiburg im Breisgau. The golf club was founded in 2008 and offers golfers of all levels a 9 hole golf course with par 72 of the parkland type. The course’s terrain is flat, features water hazards and partially runs beside the small river Wiese. Numerous trees and shrubs complete the athletically challenging course of Golfanlage Schopfheim GbR. The club’s practice area offers golfers a 600m-long driving range with 14 tees, four of which are covered. Putting and pitching greens are also available. At Golfanlage Schopfheim GbR, it is also possible to borrow clubs and rent carts and trolleys. Beginners can learn the 101 of golfing by attending the school’s introductory course and earning a license to play golf courses in Germany.
