The Golfclub Haus Kambach Eschweiler-Kinzweiler e.V. is situated near Aachen, surrounded by the foothills of the Hohen Venn and the landscape of the Voreifel. Conveniently located in Kinzweiler, a northwestern district of Eschweiler, it is easily accessible via the A4 from Aachen, Cologne and the Ruhr Area. The Golfclub Haus Kambach Eschweiler-Kinzweiler, founded in 1989, opened its 18 hole course with par 73 around the listed Wasserschloss Haus Kambach, which dates back to 1463. The course designed by the golf course architect Dieter R. Sziedat was the venue of the “Kaiser Karl Trophy” in 2000, the first tournament of the PGA European Seniors Tour in Germany. It since has the title of “PGA Master Course.” The hilly course with its long fairways, deceptive wide view, bushes, trees, cleverly arranged bunkers and partly high rough challenges even experienced golfers. The Golfclub Haus Kambach Eschweiler-Kinzweiler e.V. has a practice area with a driving range with 26 tees, of which eight are covered, as well as a putting area. Golfers can rent clubs, electric trolleys and carts, as well as trolleys or hire a caddie upon request for a relaxing game.
