Golfclub Lengenfeld

The Golfclub Lengenfeld is in the Lower Austrian town of Lengenfeld on a raised area in the romantic Forest Area. Surrounded by vineyards and woods, it offers a beautiful view of the Kamp Valley and the surrounding landscape. Only ten kilometers away from Krems an der Donau, the Golfclub Lengenfeld can be reached via the B37 and is 85 kilometers southeast of Vienna, reachable from here via the S5 and A22. Golfclub Lengenfeld was founded in 1993 and has a 36-hole golf course. It includes the 18-hole-course Kamptal with par 71 and the 18-hole-course Donauland with par 72 as well as an open 6-hole compact course with par 3. While the course in Kamptal allows long tees with its hilly terrain and many water hazards, the course in Donauland presents an athletic challenge for many golfers with its slanted areas and narrow first nine fairways. A specialty at Golfclub Lengenfeld is the Golfvinarium. Ever tee was assigned an Austrian grape wine variety, sponsored by a celebrity interested in golf. The golf course is also a wine educational trail that ends with a delicious food and wine selection at the restaurant “GASThouse”. In the practice area of the club, there is a perfectly trimmed par 3 compact course, a driving range with 40 range tees, of which twelve are covered, practice bunkers, as well as a putt and pitch area.
