The Golfclub Salzgitter / Liebenburg e.V. in the east of Lower Saxony can be reached by car via the B248. The club area of 47 hectares is located between the spa Salzgitter-Bad and the town Liebenburg, which belongs to the county of Goslar. During the expansion of the course to an 18 hole course in 2007, the architects managed to impressively integrate the course into the spacious forest and hilly landscape of the area. Art lovers get their money’s worth as well at the Golfclub Salzgitter / Liebenburg e.V. They can enjoy numerous sculptures from the local painter and sculptor Otto Freundlich on the site of the golf course. Additionally, the golf school managed by trainer Manuel Fiebig offers classes for advanced students and beginners. Usually, Manuel Fiebig is able to significantly develop his students’ golfing skills within a short period of time due to targeted individual training. Regular trial classes for beginners, especially for young golfers, are offered at the Golfclub Salzgitter / Liebenburg e.V. as well. It also has a well frequented restaurant that welcomes golfers with daily changing lunch offers.
