Golfclub Schwäbisch Hall

Located ten kilometers east of the center of the Baden-Württemberg city Schwäbisch Hall, one can find the Golfclub Schwäbisch Hall in the district Dörrenzimmern. It is situated lightly elevated on an area of 85 hectares and offers a wide panoramic view on the plain of Hohenlohe. Because of its good traffic connection, the Golfclub Schwäbisch Hall is easily accessible by car from Schwäbisch Hall via the L1060 and from Heilbronn via the A6. It was established in 1987 and has an 18 hole course with par 72 as well as a public 6 hole short course with par 19. The 18 hole championship course is very hilly and equipped with many water hazards. It is suitable for beginners and experienced players alike and due to its ranking as athletically challenging, requires skill and precision. In contrast, the 6 hole short course is less hilly and impresses with its spaciously laid out fairways that can reach a length of up to 230 meters. The Golfclub Schwäbisch Hall owns a driving range with 20 tees, of which three are covered. Also, golfers that want to train can use a large putting green, a pitching and chipping area and several sand bunkers. Clubs, trolleys and electric carts can be rented at the club if needed. Beginners at golf can learn the art of golfing on-site in trial and beginner classes.
