Golfclub Waldegg-Wiggensbach e.V.

Founded in 1988, Golfclub Waldegg-Wiggensbach e.V. has the highest tee-off point in Germany at an elevation of 1,011 meters above sea level. The 27 hole course is located about 10 kilometers west of Kempten in the Allgäu. Kempten can be easily reached via the A7. At Golfclub Waldegg-Wiggensbach e.V., each hole is unique and blends harmoniously into the charming landscape at the foothills of the Alps. The course is surrounded by old trees and offers unforgettable views of the breathtaking Alpine panorama. The terrain is hilly and features water hazards. The level of difficulty is considered challenging. Golfclub Waldegg-Wiggensbach e.V. offers facilities such as the clubhouse with a conference room and a snack bar as well as sanitary facilities for guests. There is a playground and a parking lot for dog owners. The practice area includes a driving range with 30 tees, six of which are covered. There are also putting, pitching and chipping greens and a practice bunker. Lessons are held at the Golfakademie Wiggensbach. In addition to a large selection of equipment, the local Pro Shop also offers gear for rental, including among other items clubs, trolleys and electric carts. At Golfclub Waldegg-Wiggensbach e.V., guests are always welcome upon prior notification. A club ID with handicap is required. Softspikes are required both for the 18 hole course and the 9 hole course. Dogs may be brought along but must be leashed.
