Kingston Beach Golf Club

Welcome to the most southern 18-hole-championship course in Tasmania! The Kingston Beach Golf Club is one of the best golf courses in Tasmania and is located south of Hobart. The club was founded in 1922. The beautiful clubhouse is in an historical farm building from 1834 and can be recognised from afar by its red clinkers. The great course is athletically challenging. However, the 5,803-meter-long golf course is suitable for golf players of every handicap category. The courses run across flat, partially wavy terrain, except for the 18th hole: it lies significantly higher and can be reached via an electric inclined lift. Brown’s River picturesquely meanders through the course and athletically interferes with the course here and there. From the greens, you can enjoy magnificent views on Mount Wellington Range and Derwent. This course is a highlight not only athletically, but also scenically. Since 1942, the Kingston Beach Golf Club is also a bird sanctuary, where more than 80 different species nestle. There is a well equipped pro shop on site, as well as a spaciously designed driving range. Next to it, there is a training area with a putting green and chipping area. At Kingston Beach Golf Club, your physical well-being is also catered to. From the club restaurant, you can enjoy magnificent views of Derwent and, of course, excellent service.
