Queanbeyan Golf Club

The Queanbeyan Golf Club is a par-70-championship-course with 18 holes. The golf course lies in a spectacular landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Queanbeyan is in the southeast of the sate of New South Wales right next to the Australian capital Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory. The traditional club looks back on a more than 90-year-history and has a perfectly groomed course and a great golf community today. The club is athletically active and organizes numerous tournaments per year. Whether beginners or experienced players, the 18-hole-course offers all golf players fun and golfing challenges. Ancient trees surround the fairways and provide pleasant shade. Bunker installations and water hazards athletically interfere with the courses and require tactic and technique. Guests are always welcome at the Queanbeyan Golf Club. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. While having a drink at the bar or in the lounge, you can quickly start a conversation and have a lovely view of the 18th hole of the beautiful course. The landscape is great and with some luck, you can even spot a platypus in the Queanbeyan River. But even just the view of the river, from which the fog picturesquely rises in the morning, is breathtakingly beautiful.
