Sandwell Park Golf Club

Sandwell Park Golf Club is located in the middle of West-Midlands near the border with Birmingham, West Bromwich, and Walsall. The slightly hilly 18-hole parkland course was designed at the end of the 19th century by the famous golf course architect, H.S. Colt and is still counted among the best golf courses in the region. The club also regularly hosts large national, as well as international tournaments, such as the West-Midlands Amateur Strokeplay, the Staffordshire Boys Open competitions, or the prestigious England Golf Men’s County Championships. Typical for the course is the sandy ground, the hilly fairways surrounded by trees, and the numerous natural water hazards and bunkers. To train at Sandwell Park Golf Club, there is a driving range with various practice greens, a well-stocked Pro Shop with all the important golf brands, and an excellent golf school. Upon request, a complete set of equipment including balls, trolley, clubs etc. can be rented on-site. After the round, golfers enjoy meeting at the club restaurant where the kitchen team ensures that the golfers and guests are well-taken care of. The course at Sandwell Park Golf Club is calm and isolated, but not far from the M5 that leads to downtown Birmingham is just a few minutes by car.
