Sarina Golf Club

The 18-hole-course of the Sarina Golf Club lies in the southern area of Sarina in Central Queensland. The club was founded in the year 1934. The course has a total length of 5,768 meters (par 71) and runs across a particularly picturesque hilly landscape. From the courses, you can enjoy great views of the forested mountains of the Conners Range. The fairways are wide and always in perfect condition. The course consists of four par 3, eleven par 4, as well as three par 5. Trees surround the courses and the greens are repeatedly protected by strategically athletically placed bunkers. Water hazards also form challenging hazards for golf players of all handicap categories. The Sarina Golf Club also scores with its beautiful location. The area is quiet, you can athletically relax here. Bad hits are only seen by kangaroos. Other than that, the atmosphere at the Sarina Golf Club is casual and relaxed. Sarina itself is a small picturesque town with 3,800 inhabitants, about 40 kilometres from Mackay. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The area is an eldorado for fishermen and water sport enthusiasts. The club can be reached via the Bruce Highway, which runs through the city.
