Vista VallartaNicklaus Signature Course

This golf course is located near Puerto Vallarta, at the Spanish Pacific coast. It is considered to be one of the best golf courses in Mexico and worldwide, with regard to the athletic opportunities and the creative design. The public Vista Vallarta Club de Golf includes two whole 18-hole championship courses with par-72. They spread out over 193 ha of a magnificent landscape. Both courses were designed by world-famous golf course specialists. The Vista Vallarta Nicklaus Signature Course celebrated its grand opening in April of 2001. A challenging, splendid mountain course with fantastic panoramic views, as promised by the club name: views of the ocean, the white sandy beach and Vallarta’s marina. The Vista Vallarta Weiskopf Signature Course was opened in November 2001. It was integrated into the jungle area situated below by Tom Weiskopf. The lanes run through rain forests and deep gorges and next to rushing brooks. Both courses have everything needed to make a golfer’s heart beat a little faster, in both the athletic and aesthetic sense – and all of this at world-class level. Although both courses start at the same clubhouse, they are totally different, which accounts for the special charm of Vista Vallarta Club de Golf. From the exclusive club restaurant, the golfers and guests can enjoy the view of the forested mountains and the club area.
