Golfpark Landau

Golpark Landau is situated in a quaint valley between Landshut and Deggendort near the Isar river. The Golfpark stands out with scenic beauty and views of the Bavarian Forest. The 9 hole course is interesting for players of all handicap levels. It is hilly and the holes offer much variety. Several water hazards, bunkers and shrubs define the course. For beginners, Golfpark Landau also offers a 3 hole short course. A large driving range with 35 tees, putting, chipping and pitching greens as well as a covered teeing shelter are also available at Golfpark Landau. The club was founded in 1998. It is ambitious, organizes several championships and attaches great importance to creating an easy going, informal atmosphere. Guests are always welcome, but a club ID with handicap (54) is required. However, the short course is public and can be played without a handicap. There is a golf school on site offering lessons and trial and license courses, as well as a Pro Shop. It is also possible to rent equipment. Rental clubs, trolley and electric carts are on offer. After the game, the players and guests can retreat to the community rooms to reminisce about the game in each other’s company. Landau itself is an attractive trip destination with its historic old town. Landshut is also not far away.
