GP Golf de Payerne SA

Golf at its finest: Even the trip to GP Golf de Payerne SA via the Platanenallee is unique and prepares one for the special atmosphere of this elegant golf course. Nature, culture, and sport form a perfect symbiosis here. The 18-hole-course was founded in 1997 in hilly area of the former agricultural estate of the Invuardes in Canton Waadt near Fribourg. It was established by the renowned golf architect, Yaves Bureau, for the Rapin family. The fairways of the par 70 course are relatively wide. In total, the course is 5,450 meters long. Water hazards make the course interesting, as well as the greens which are defended by bunkers. For practicing, there is a driving range with six covered range tees. A pitching and putting green are also available. In the Pro-Shop, those interested can rent equipment or carts. The clubhouse and the excellent restaurant are located in the historic main house of the former estate with an enchanting patio. In the ancient cellar (converted into a gallery), exhibits and cultural events take place regularly. The GP Golf de Payerne SA is a special place. Even Payern itself is worth a visit with its picturesque historic old town.
