The Indooroopilly Golf Club lies just a few kilometers from Brisbane’s city center. The club features an exquisite golf course. It runs right along the Brisbane river, which gently flows around the golf grounds. The special feature is that members and of course also guests have the option of playing six different 18-hole course variations. The Indooroopilly Golf Club has two championship courses: the West Course, which is included in the country’s top 100 of both Golf Australia and Golf Digest magazines, as well as the East Course. The club was founded in 1926. The arrangement of the courses at their current settings took place in 1985. The fairways run along rich, flawlessly tended grass. The terrain is flat, partly wavy, and tricky to play. Bunkers and beautifully staged water hazards present athletic challenges as well as aesthetic highlights.
