Las Caldas Golf

The scenic golf course Las Caldas Golf is located near the northern Spanish coast between Santander and Santiago de Compostella, just five minutes from the town center of Oviedo by car. It is well connected to the surrounding area through the highways that meet here, the A-63, A-64, and A-66. The 18-hole golf course (par 71) Las Caldas Golf was designed by Manuel Piñero, opened in 2000, and measures a total course length of 5678 meters. The technical demands of the course arise not only through the landscape’s hilly topography and the vegetation typical for this region, but also through the Rio Gafo that flows through the valley, numerous streams, and little lakes. Especially holes 3, 5, 13, and 18 show pronounced doglegs. On the fifth fairway, the green is “defended” by several sand bunkers. Aside from a driving range with 25 tees, the training grounds also offer a practice bunker and putting greens for individual technical practice. The golf academy at Las Caldas Golf offers individual lessons and group lessons for different playing levels. The Las Caldas Golf facilities provide rental clubs, trolleys, and carts, as well as repair and adjustment services for clubs.
